Very happy with the sales department in regard to our purchase. They went above and beyond in transporting our potential truck to the Shawnee dealership for us to look at, which we eventually ended up purchasing that day. The process was straight forward and we were happy with our interaction with the sales team.

We bought a 2024 Trailblazer through Joe Cooper Chevrolet and we love it!
All the salesmen (and woman) went above and beyond to make sure that all our questions were answered and that we understood all the features that came with our new car.
We are older and the last time we bought a car the technology was very different. Our new car has many features we did not know how to operate but our salesman, Tyler Pasmore was patient and explained everything as many times as we needed to make sure we were comfortable with our new car.
Everyone there made this a very joyful experience.

I purchased 2 brand new cars from this place in a matter of 6 months. I referred my daughter and son in law here and I was supposed to receive a referral check. It's been 3 months and 4 calls and all I get is a run around when I call to check on it.
Don't know why but I do know I won't be back!

The team made purchasing my new 2024 Chevy 2500 Custom an easy process. The sales team took the time to help me find a truck to fit my needs and budget. The finance team was able to get a payment within our budget. We will definitely be coming back to Joe Cooper for our next purchase.
