Dishonest about only having one key and there are documents that show it was in fact a rental car when they said otherwise. Good car, but this dealership is unethical and will reap what it sows.
Edit: got a flat tire and conveniently find that now this dealership also stole the necessary tools to replace with a spare tire. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever. Highly unprofessional when the car was sold as 2022 model. A car with only one previous owner should come with all necessary tools and 2 keys. Do not appreciate being lied to and we will take our business elsewhere in the future.

The sales team worked with me really well. I drove 2.5 hiurs to get an f150 they sold it for MSRP when ever other dealership was selling for 5-10k over. They had the truck reserved and sat off to the side waiting for me when i got there. They were all really helpful and transparent with me.

Blaine and Carl were awesome and put us in a nice vehicle. They both were very friendly and helped us with everything. This place rocks! My only issue is we were told we would have 2 keys. We only received one.

We went in on the 27th of just look and see if we could possibly qualify for any options on a vehicle, wasn't expecting any good news when we met Kamron our sales guy and he was absolutely amazing!!! He worked with his manager and we drove off with a 2020 Ford F150!!! And Carl was amazing at getting our monthly payments at a reasonable price for us!! Very very satisfied with what we got and the team that worked with us! We will definitely be back and recommend!! Thank you guys!!

Update 9/5/24 still NOT resolved..DONT BUY OR SHOP HERE! .buyer beware.. My husband and daughters vehicles were both serviced for Simple routine air condition service. Both vehicles were completed with unnecessary added expenses. We incurred the unnecessary and mysterious expense of 2 new CPU vehicle computers for each vehicle, along with new air conditioners, and now both cruz control systems for each vehicle do not function, which previously worked! Was informed by the management Mr Don Barrett the statue of limitations has expired...GO TO BOB MOORE, NOT A JOE COOPER FORD, who are trusted and provide Exceptional customer service with No statute of limitations to providing honest service.
