I only visited their Amazon returns counter, but the store itself looked nice enough & they made my Amazon return surprisingly quick & and easy. I didn't even need to package the items, just hand them over & scan the qr code & they do the rest. Plus, once Amazon knew the items were at a return center, my refund was processed right then instead of having to wait for them to receive it back.

I ordered flowy pants from Kohl's. They were $40, very cheaply made and not as pictured. I returned them and had to go back later that day. They were on the clearance rack for $12 and additional 50% off, making them $6! I went home and wrote a review about it, exactly like this review. They sent me an email saying they could not use my review because I wrote something against their review policy! I don't know what it could have been. Their products, purses and clothing have really gone down hill. They don't carry some of their popular brands any longer. Just cheap knock offs. I am very disappointed. I have written many good reviews in the past for Kohl’s. I just write the truth. I guess they did not want to post an unfavorable review. SMH!

I drive 45 minutes to this particular store when wanting to go to Kohl's. I have yet to meet a staff member that is unfriendly. The store is clean, and set up very easy to find things. Checkout is fast and staff is always ready to help with anything you need.

I have to change my opinion on the Shawnee Koh'ls. The last few times I have been in this Kohl's the employees at the registers have not been friendly. They start off okay, but as soon as I say I am not using my Kohl's card or that I don't want to apply for one, a switch gets turned on and they are done with me. One lady audibly said Ugh when I said I did not want to apply for one and was rude to me after that. Yesterday afternoon a different lady went on and on about how expensive the flips flops I was buying were ($45) and when I said I was not using my Kohl's card (I don't have one). She practically threw the bag at my son to take, and turned to the next customer and was friendly to him before I was done paying. I will say the employees at the customer service are great!! Love them! I may only deal with them from now on.

prior to moving here 2 years ago i never went into a Kohls. now this is the first place i check when i need something. store is always tidy and employees friendly. quick to check out and refunds are amazingly easy.
