Mice In storage locker was not happy about seeing that now I gotta pit all my stuff in totes hopefully they can get there mice problem fixed

From my experience only… my heart hurts to write this review. My dad had a storage from them for well over a decade. He went through a rough patch and got a couple of months behind and was trying to make a payment. He was in contact on with them but they didn’t care. After being at his job for 43 years at TDK and they randomly closed down and let everyone go. Then while he was finishing out his couple of weeks left of work his now ex wife cleaned out his home and took everything. This company doesn’t care. They showed no mercy. The emergency contact which is my twin sister wasn’t even notified. When she called about getting or even paying for the pictures of our childhood the lady wasn’t kind and didn’t care about the situation. My twin sister and I are survivors of the May 3, 1999 tornado and we lost everything including our mom. I was holding her when the tornado ripped her from my grasp. Anyhow we lost most of our pictures in the tornado and the little bit of pictures we had on the storage of her are now gone as well. I understand getting behind and them needing their money but what about working with him or selling the pictures. They were just going to get trashed anyways.

I love Ms Carmen. She was so very helpful from the very beginning! When I first walked in to inquire about what the storage sizes and prices were to the very end, adding an additional storage slip to store my car, she helped me to decide what was best. I am disabled and had severe anxiety prior to making any contact. Ms Carmen was so friendly. So professional and it was as if Id known her forever.
I was having to put my things in storage, then later, deciding to leave my car there as well because I was last minute, moving clear across to the other side of the country on the East Coast of North Carolina. Miss Carmen made sure that I understood how things worked and made it to where I could feel sure that my things and my car were safe there.
I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a storage facility to store their things no matter what that may be.
I will say, though, that Miss Carmen made this entire process, non-stressful, no anxiety, etc.

I’ve rented storage at (what is now) Overflow Garage for years without issue. The facility is well maintained and I’ve made use of several different sizes of units over those years. Carmen is a welcome addition in customer service. She has provided friendly and helpful service especially in dealing with some billing glitches I’ve experienced of late (on my bank’s side).

Carmen was AMAZING and super patient and helpful. She walked me around (and drove too) to see several units and different sizes and locations.
She then worked patiently with me to make sure my gate code and account were set up and working.
The units were all very clean and the site seems very secure.
I highly recommend.

Carmen is so amazing and very helpful. I expected a pure business only atmosphere but she went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable and at home so to speak. I will be recommending this place to anyone with storage needs

Had my grandfathers Great Depression lock on the unit. Limited addition… someone came and cut it and threw it in my unit.
I spoke to my grandfather he said that’s not true.
