My mother stopped for gas the other day after dialysis, when she went to get her wallet she dropped all of her cards on the ground. She was standing by the pumps, when she went to grab them she got light headed and fell forward on to the parking lot. No employees even tried to help her or ask if she was okay. One customer helped her, one! I didn't know until she got home what had happened. She had blood running down her face and a large gash by her eye that required 3 stitches. We will never spend another cent at this or any Murphys location, yall should care about the people not just their money.

Attention horrible attendant refused to let a handicap person use the public restroom even though they purchased fuel and there was nothing wrong with the restroom he stated to us that he thought it was funny!!! He should be fired!!!

I have typically had very pleasant experiences here w/ both the service & the employees. They have always been friendly, polite, pleasant , & professional. And I stop at this particular Murphy’s on my way home from work to gas up every few days. However, this morning at around 9:55am was an unfamiliar face working as cashier. It’s not my normal time of day to visit but I decided to get gas being my day off & had errands to run. I have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, out of line, hoodlum working in a customer service position then the young woman that was working that day. Mind you it is snowing heavily, I stood at the window watching the young woman act as though she was walking towards the register as she noticed I was standing there but yet she continued her text as she was when I approached the window until I was so annoyed to be standing in the cold snow falling on me & watching her text & decided to tap on the window. She finally opened the window murmuring something under her breath. And I said sarcastically, “how do you like this cold snowy weather?” Well that set her off aside from me tapping on the window to get her attention she starts to say something rude and unprofessional under her breath again something to the affect of “ hurry up i have things to do & other customers”. The audacity of this rude & obnoxious cashier. I proceeded to tell her “if she didn’t like people she shouldnt be in the customer service business & that if she wasn’t so busy texting & was doing her job to tend to customers i would have been gone already.” She then continued talking sideways to me & even called me out of my name cursing me as if i was the one supposed to be providing customer service & leaving her standing in the snow storm coming down while texting whoever seemed more important then doing her job. I don’t know how Walmart/Murphys has hoodlums like this working for them and representing the service they provide in this manner of unprofessionalism, disrespect, & arrogance. She should not be the first front line face representing such a large company & interacting personally with the consumer most definitely. She should be in the back bagging groceries or collecting carts from the parking lot before providing customer service. I’ve never been so offended & appalled by any customer service provider in such a way than I was by this young woman. I won’t be returning to this gas station again anytime soon that’s for sure.

Murphy's has nice employees. Murphy's needs to stop letting people sell, barter or give away animals any kind. The appalling condition of these. Animals are sad. I'm from Texas and I got one of these little puppies that could not even stand up and dragged her legs. I gave her food and water and the people got someone else to stick their hands inside my truck and take the dog. Wake up Oklahoma you no matter what let someone stick their hands inside your vehicle. According to the police officers they let this man walk. But I guess in Oklahoma it's ok for non binding parties to come inside your home and take what they think is someone else's. It's a scam. These pet peddlers are scammers beware.

This place has On when everyone else is out. The gas is cheaper, but they don't have higher octane 100%. Good for quick stops.

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Attendant chitchats with everybody. Agonizing slow. Then talks too softly to understand and gets an attitude when you ask her to repeat herself.

At 630 5/31. Employee wrote note be right back and placed in window. I was out of gas and had to wait on employee to show up. Never did and I limped some where else. This is such poor work ethic let alone customer service. Glad I didn't rub out. Domino with the win!!

False advertising. Sign advertises price that's 60 cents cheaper than price you pay at the pump unless you have their card.

I normally don't review gas stations but I have to make a exception here..A few days ago, I stopped to get gas and smokes, the only problem is when I drove off without getting my gas that I already supposedly paid for. I frantically drove back to still find the same attendant which actually did remember me and he called his boss, 10 min later entered Sara who looked at the transaction and determined that the system kicked it out due to no activity on pump. And assured me that I will not be double charged.Thank you.. Sara and David
