Beverly Childers is the most effective, helpful, and informative realtor, this was my first home purchase ever, she gave me all the information and help I needed, was so patient with me and also enjoyed her company. Answered my calls at any time and always made me feel like I was her only client. She informed me of all good and bad news upfront, no last minute issues with closing, she made it super easy and I love my house. Thank you so much Beverly!!!! For me and my experience I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Beverly Childers was very polite and nice to work with. She helped with finding houses that fit my budget. When I got preapproved for a loan that was smaller than what they expected, it felt like the amount of attention I was getting dwindled. Maybe it was prejudice against my budget, maybe it was too many customers to handle and i got placed on the back burner. What I do know is that even though I asked to see a house and they confirmed the location and details, they never pursued it and the house pended a week later. You might have better luck than I did but I felt my experience was worth noting.

Tamara Johnson was our realtor. She did a great job for us. She was very understanding of our wants and needs and showed us a lot of places. She was available most any time we needed her. When we finally found the right place she made a difficult and long process much better and went above and beyond. She is very caring and really nice. I recommend her to everyone.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I feel like the agent there took advantage of me while purchasing a home. I was in the middle of medical treatment and medicated often during the transaction. She was very keen on not having anything fixed by proper licensed contractors. She hires handymen to do the work and they did it all wrong!!!! The inspector she hired did a really terrible job and missed so many things that I’m going to have to take some kind of legal action. During the purchase of the home; we decided to offer to buy a few things from the seller. I had her draw it up. I told her to leave a few things off because I was not interested. I signed the document and everything was fine. Weeks later, she emails me telling me to resign that document. Like a fool I trusted her and resigned it without reading it. Come to find out, she put $1500 worth of stuff on the bottom of that form. My fault? Maybe but very very shady. So before we close she tells me one of the items was accidentally removed from the property. She didn’t say, ok let’s deduct that from the sale. Noooo, she didn’t want me to see the document that had that $1500 extra on there. Then when the house closed, we returned toit to learn that one of the door double panes had been shattered (it was hidden behind window treatment); I called to have an estimate done and the contractor said he had knew about it because the homeowner called him not long ago. When I told the realator about it she was furious that the contractor “opened his big mouth” and “was gonna call his management”. She didn’t care that we were stuck with it. Just a horrible experience overall. I am a disabled veteran now and I’m stuck fixing the things listed and soooo much more. I highly don’t recommend. Find someone who is more concerned about ethics than profit and if you encounter an agent from here, make darn sure you hire an inspector your self!!! And demand evidence of licensed and insured repairs. Oh, and she recommended a guy to do some light work around the house. He turned out to be terrible and went to jail in the middle of the project! Wow. Vets stay away.
