The Pond Pro Shop use to be a great garden pond place when Mike Miller ran it but that is no longer the case.You can call to ask a question about a $1700 product you just bought and they will instruct you to look on the Internet for the solution.You might as well buy everything online because you certainly will not get any help from them.Unfortunately, after 10+ years of getting everything from them, we will no longer buy anything from them ever again.

We used this business exclusively for over ten years and it was a great place for everything you needed to include advice. Unfortunately, Mike Miller retired and the place went downhill fast. We bought a $1700 filter system and had a few questions, so I gave them a call. Their solution was for me to look up information from the internet. If I wanted to get the product cheaper, but without any assistance if needed, I would have purchased it cheaper online in the first place. Zero customer service, got rid of most treatment products we always bought there, and prices twice as high as anywhere else, so sadly we will no longer take our business there.

This place is high priced. The prices are 2x for the same item elsewhere. The guy on the counter is very unfriendly. They will not extend themselves. Drive an extra mile save lots.

Couldn't get a lot of help, and didn't seem interested in providing much info...heard "will be pricey" more than once, and I stated more than once price wasn't a huge issue. Still didn't get any good info. Went somewhere else
