Via phone only (without an in-person meeting), I talked with Bobbi Joe at Reece Carpet. Wow! Without a long drive to Shawnee, the Reece Carpet team measured, took out the old carpet, and replaced the new in a very timely, efficient, and superior manner. Very impressive: Bobbi Joe and the crew at Reece Carpet are honest, arrive on time, work faithfully, and do exactly what they say they will do. I respect this company in America that shows its customers such honesty and care.

Floors are not complete. Have not heard from anyone on when completion will be done. Had issues with floor crew breaking my dishwasher and it was taken care of immediately!

Disappointed with the service. The final bill was higher than quoted, and I was charged for items I was told wouldn’t be included. Worse, my home and antiques were disrespected during the work. I expected more professionalism and care.
