I made an in office appointment to review my polices. When arrived, I was greeted by a staff member. She directed me to the account rep Kentawana. She was very nice and personable. She made me feel at ease. We went over my policies. She was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. I'm very happy with visit. I would recommend Sam Greer to my friends and family.

They charged my account even after I cancelled with them. I've waited for 3 weeks and have yet to receive my refund! They never mind taking your money, however, they take their sweet time when they owe you. I'm glad we switched to All State, saved us $140 a month.

This has been my agent for at least 13 years. They have gone out of their way to help find cheaper yet appropriate insurance with a low deductible. I get my auto and homeowners insurance there. They are always friendly and answer all my questions when I call as well. I am happy with it and highly recommend them.

I think that Sam Greer Needs to be more for helping the Customer this goes for all business here in Shawnee. This high cost of insurance should be looked at as your driving record and how long a customer has been complying with the law and having insurance on their vehicle. This insurance company is monopolizing customers on rate and not the area of the city to determine cost. And how much you are going to pay.

Nicole is who I go to every time for help! She is amazing & always gets things done in a timely manner. I have just added a life insurance & renters insurance to my policy!
