They took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling pressured. The whole sign-up process was quick and easy, which made a stressful moving situation a lot smoother.
The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. Every time I stopped by, the property looked organized and secure. The lighting and gated access gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe.
What really stood out to me was how easy they made everything—from getting set up to managing payments. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in keeping the property in great shape.

“We have been using this storage for a while and have had no issues. The manager there in shawnee is fantastic. She even called us when we didn't get our lock hooked properly. She does a great job taking care of the area & locks. Would highly recommend. Only issue is it needs more gravel in one area because it's hard to drive on at the front.”
“The owner is great and works diligently to ensure satisfaction despite what is taking place in his personal life. A big thank you to him! His staff member, on the other hand, is unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and spoke with condescension. Hours are 730a-9p to , and you are locked in the yard AT 9 with a $20 fee to have staff let you out. This could & should be adjusted, but it's not a break it aspect. Staff member very well could cause customer loss. The place is clean and well kept. Units are nice and free of damage.”

“Amazing customer service clean and very respectful dropped my Uhaul off on Saturday and forgot something in the door of the Uhaul instantly called them they told me they would hold it for me and when I came to pick it up the lady had it sitting with her and I was able to grab it no issues very respectful and easy to work with definitely will be using this place again when needed”
