Old man in scale house told me I couldn't have my service Dog with me in building. Yet the cleaning man had a pile of dirt in floor big enough to choak a Great Dane. Someone need to speak to old man bout attitude. I use here December 17. 08.30. He said food grade place. It's a feed mill.

This place is a f’n mess. Been here since 9am it’s currently 3pm and still not loaded! Went and asked how much longer the man tried to close the door in my face and told me they will get to it when they can, because they doing shift change. Like dang I been here for 6hrs already

Enter facility from the south, drive pass the train tracks take a left get on scale to check in. I was there for 2 hours to get unloaded with a hopper, had to wait for a meeting otherwise unloading itself was 15 minutes. Easy in and out!

Had an issue, spoke to a supervisor who insisted on sending a refund.great, my faith was restored in humanity....but they lied. A month later, still no refund.

Nothing has changed wait. No direction when you arrive what to do how to check in. After you figure that out wait Some more 5hrs so fare.

So this is not the place to be. 4hrs and still waiting to be loaded. Seems they don’t have a care in the world for their customers to get their product on time. They surely do not respect the drivers and their time….wonder if they even get the concept on how the drivers clock works. The worker at building 7 has an attitude problem. After waiting 4hrs with a professional manner I asked how much longer cause I had a morning delivery and was told I can leave now if I wanted. Then said they are working on my order now. Shouldn’t this already be ready to go when the trucks show up to get loaded. Very unprofessional avoid this place. Not worth your time!

This place is an absolute disaster you have to drive all over the plant to get loaded at every dock you hit it's like you are just arriving. Been here almost 5 hours with the last 3 hours being only because of waiting on three freaking pallets. Never coming here again
