“I wanted to send some important documents by FEDEX; however, I couldn't because their mailing address was a P. O. box and not a street address. All attempts to contact FEDEX by phone or online failed to get an actual street address. Fortunately, there was a FAX number, which we were able to use to successfully send the documents. The employee who helped me was very kind and patient. She tries to look up all the information she could. The FAX charges were very acceptable. I would highly recommend this store.”

“I'd give the other star, but lately when I go in, the guy working there hassles me over taping the bar code on my packages. I understand it interferes with the scanner, but that's why there are numbers to type in if needed instead. By the time it takes to lecture me on it each time, it could've been done and over with. This has only started to be a recent thing. I liked the convenience of an all-in-one place for mailing my packages, but I guess I'm done with that now.”
