“Had an excellent experience today in this store. Ali helped me to ship a package, that I thought couldn’t work as I had a prepaid ups label but it was in my email. Ali walked me through every step where I could email the label to the store, print it off and ship my package! It was so easy! She was incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond. She even gave me a coupon to use on my shipping materials I bought there. Haven’t had such a great customer service experience in years or ever! Ali is the real deal!”

“Small hole in the wall type of place. The Shawnee UPS store went over the rainbow with Dorothy in the tornado and hasn’t been replaced. E-Z ship has been our go to since then. Operators do full service just like the big boys. That’s all I need.”
