I went to go get my son shoes yesterday. The girl went back to go get the left shoe and grabbed the wrong shoe so now I have two different shoes and can’t even let him wear his new pair of shoes today until I go get that fixed. Whoever grabbed the shoe did not even check to see what this shoe was before they went back to grab it. It really upsets me because I was just trying to get him matching with his shoes and his dad and now I wait to get it fixed at some point in the midst of all errands to run today. I have to be in okc today before the store even opens but now I have to wait until I get this little inconvenience fixed. Not to mention the one she looks worn and used already.

First time to visit this show store. There were several employees in the store talking amongst themselves. Once my group made it to the other side of the store we were greeted by an employee as he was passing by and let me know they were out of the fitted nylons we use to try on shoes. They offer some brands not offered at retailers I frequent in Okc so we found that appealing. Sale prices on some were comparable to other shoe stores. When we walked up to checkout the clerks were busy in conversation so the service was delayed. During the purchase someone decided to mop the floor around where we were standing which I thought was a hazard. I didn't see any of the usual 'wet floor' markers they put up ..we looked up to see her mopping. Not sure if it was this store's employee or mall cleaning service. Either way we traversed to the carpet to avoid slipping on the wet floors. Unfortunately some of the shoes didn't fit properly and I had to return them. Return was equally odd. The entire transaction was riddled with awkwardness, several additional employees were called over to help with the transaction. It seemed the clerk was relatively new but employed longer than the first we met. I believe the manager ended up assisting us and she was pleasant and engaging. End of my experience I have to say not sure if this will be a return location for me. The whole process needs to be smoother and more attention to consumers.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! we where ignored from the time we walked into store until the time we said forget & walked back out. I won't be returning anytime soon plus the kid shoe selection was very limited anyway

They put sale price stickers on all of the boxes but the sale price is more expensive than their normal price. When trying to scam your customers, at least remove the original price tag so a normal person doesn't know that you're blatantly trying to rob them.

Tara was her name. She answered the phone with a very grumpy attitude and was extremely rude. I asked a very simple question and she was very unwilling to help. Not only that. She just hung up on me after refusing to simply help me get a phone # for a store, right next door. Absolutely disappointing. I hope this company believes in accountability for actions like this. So sad.

My husband and I just left the Shoe Dept and at this point I am trying to decide if I will keep the shoes we just purchased. The reason is one pair of the shoes we purchased was under a sign that said 44.99 and rang up as 59.99. Brandon an employee walked back with me and I showed him the price but it didn’t match the serial number on the box. When I showed him that all of the shoes were under this sign that was labeled 44.99, I asked if he was going to honor it. His response was he couldn’t help if customers move the shoes. Really...does he really think the customer is going to move all of the shoes to another location? If he was the manager, it is very poorly managed.

I like the store and selections, but, I got cheated out of $10 cash, for I had a split transaction, which they refuse to check into the matter and fix it! I even contacted the email address given, but to no avail because they didn’t reply! Why they don’t handle these matters at their stores is beyond me! Rotten service in this regard! Don’t use cash! Keep track of your purchase amounts!
