So I ordered the sausage egg and cheese, I took 3 bites into it looking for the sausage and cheese. It was mainly rolled up egg in a tortilla. I called them on the speaker the manager said there's plenty on there. Where I ate half of it and it was just made horrible. She wouldn't remake one for me and just stared. I did get a refund though. But will not go there again. The other Sonics are way better and nicer people. Sonic on Harrison makes the breakfast burritos better.??

RUDE. And press the dang button while you're talking so we can hear you instead of bits and peices. 20 minute wait in a stall for 2 carbonated drinks? If you didn't rush people through their order, and act like its such an inconvenience when they have a large order, it would go alot smoother for you when we order. Next time ill go through the drive thru with my larger orders because apparently y'all hate large orders either way?

I am a type 1 diabetic and have to closely monitor the amount of carbohydrates in the foods/drinks that I consume. If I cannot or am unable to do this, I will experience dangerous blood sugar levels that have the potential to land me in the hospital. To simplify this process, I usually order diet drinks, which usually contain 0 carbohydrates.This evening, I placed an order for a diet cherry limeade and a regular limeade in the sonic app. Upon receiving my order, neither drink was marked with the diet tab pressed down on the lid. I asked the car hop if she knew which one was diet, and she said she did not before walking away.Because of this, there was no way for me to safely consume either beverage with certainty that I was drinking the right one. Should I have chosen to do so and been wrong, it could have meant a medical emergency for me. I elected to not drink either drink, making this purchase 1. A waste of time 2. A waste of money.This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. This is a repeated issue that can all be avoided by pushing down a tab on a lid. This repeated lack of attention to detail is astonishing.

I specifically asked for no pickles on my cheeseburger and they were kind enough to put three on there and I didn't find this out until I left Shawnee and got home. It even said no pickles on my receipt, It's just sad that they can't read.

I go to this Sonic pretty often but am pretty disappointed in today’s order. I ordered a medium ched r peppers (so I could split them with someone else) and just got home to find out they only gave me 4. I’ve tried to call 4 times and it’s like a busy/out of order tone. If they weren’t so expensive, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but I basically paid $1.25 per cheddar pepper pre-tax. Also, the one I got to eat had some weird looking stuff.

Pulled into the drive through I ordered a water and a chicken Sandwich. Why did it take 20 min to bring out a small chicken Sandwich. I heard laughter and yelling the whole time. The girl at the window was rude. I didn’t know she even worked there she didn’t have a uniform on. Last time I come here.

ordered a hotdog with a coke, and a cherry limeade slushie and when we got our food…. there was no food. just the WRONG drink. AND THE CHERRY LIMEADE WAS missing MOST of its flavoring isn’t there. i basically got a cup of shaved ice. absolutely ridiculous. i am so sick of there being AT LEAST one problem EVERY TIME i come to this sonic. STOP HIRING AN ENTIRE STAFF OF TEENAGERS.

I pulled into 3 spots and the screens weren't working in any of them.The service was fast through the app, so the workers are not the problem with this place. The food was also fine.Whoever is in charge of the facility needs to get on it.

I em not happy with the food I got from here it was cold an the tots tasted like the grease was old an they were also cold I asked for cheese on them an it looked like they put about a quarter of a piece of cheese on them only about 3 tots had cheese I got a breakfast burrito an a small tots with cheese an it was 9.00 bucks no drink I think that was ridiculous. Wont be back.
