I called this salon on Monday February 19th to ask the price for a hair cut as its Presidents day and our regular location was closed. The woman that answered the phone was rude and hateful. We ventured there anyway. I will not discuss what was said on this review (speaking to corporate office first) other than the woman working was very unprofessional and rude in person. This woman clearly did not want to be working here and made myself and two children feel down right unwanted! I highly recommend NOT going to this location until there is a change among staff!!

I went to get my hair cut and the lady who worked there, the hairdresser, made me feel super bad, she is a racist and treated me super despotically and looked at me horrible, if you don't like your job please don't work. I got up and left, thank God I didn't cut it because she would have done something wrong to me.

I went in and the shop was jumping. Despite that, I got a wonderful stylist who fixed my hair up within twenty minutes. Best damn haircut I've had from Supercuts while being back in the States. I needed an alternative cut and style as a walk in. Britney Kalista was the stylist who assisted me, and is now my permanent go to for anything hair related. Thanks again y'all for the amazing service! Five stars for the great haircut, the conversation, and saving me some time looking for a decent shop.

It was the sweet lady's birthday and Columbus Day. She was the only stylist, but she was fast yet gave time to each customer to give them a great experience and a new look!
