Tener's Western Outfitters offers a big selection and good variety of western wear, with an array of amazing choices and a lot to choose from. It is not a huge big box store. Customer service is frequently highlighted, with friendly and amazing staff who provide top notch service with a great attitude, patience, and respect, often going above and beyond to help. The store can be quite crowded in sections, however, with too much stuff placed too closely. Prices receive mixed reviews, noted as decent on some items but higher or a little over priced compared to other stores, making sales a welcome event. The location is conveniently not too far off the highway for travelers. While most employees are commended, some reviews note that staff can sometimes seem not to know what they are doing or act less than welcoming. I bought two pair of nice boots from Hannah and it was a smooth experience with a good price. I definitely recommend. Hannah was very helpful with her great communication skills and fantastic follow through. I'll be back.
