Everything was fine with the service but that was the only place we went and all the sudden the tire is low. We took to the shop and they aired it and then it had a slow leak. Took it back to the shop today to get the tore replaced and another elderly couple sa8d they got their flat tire from here as well. Please clean your parking lot

I like the store and the employees go out of their way to help but tractor supply company online shopping has failed multiple times. First it is not easy to use the page. When I have ordered I have gotten the wrong items, dead trees and now a mini bike from Coleman with no bolts. (I will never buy another Coleman item ever again. Worst service dept ever. The company is incompetent). I am thankful that tractor supply has gone out of its way to remedy the situation but they don’t take back anything with gas engines and Coleman won’t honor their label on the box that says return the items directly to them.

I shop at tractor supply frequently, just went into the 1 un Shawnee Oklahoma and the gentleman Grayson was very rude and not wanting to help at all. The manager wasn't much help either. I get it was a 100deg outside and I was asking about fencing he did not want to go out side and help he said we don't have any, I told him I seen it outside and he said go out and take a picture and come back in. I will never use that Tractor Supply again. I will shop at a different store than tractor supply

In last few months the Shawnee tractor supply customer service has went to
sh!t! They told me they had a product so I drive 35 minutes only to be told they didn't have it. So that left me driving an hr to a store that did have it and having to pay more. Then I made a purchase and well never received it! Then got hung up on! Worse store to do business with! I don't recommend, drive rhe extra distance and go to Choctaw or Seminole. Jeff is apparently terrible manager and can't manage his employees or store!

Always great experience.. helpful and knowledgeable. WE NEED DOGWASH STATION IN SHAWNEE PLEASE! Have great danes, have to do separately and not driving to Seminole & back to get other dog. I have no help anymore. I know many would love to have one in our town.

Somebody that works there named Cara hung up on me 3 times as I was trying to ask if they had baby chicks there. As soon as I started to speak, she would hang up on me...had to let the manager know.

Update: I want to thank the Shawnee tractor supply for being so polite and helpful. Some prices are higher than other places but, your help and thoughtfulness makes all the difference.My go to place for dog food and treats. Some of the best country gift ideas!
