Went in for alfalfa cubes amd sand clear. The shelves are empty and the girls working the front counter are rude and don't know nothing about livestock and refuse to help. Had to hunt down employees to even get that unhelpful information.

From out of town and we needed dog flea remedy badly. Jeff helped us and we bought 3 items. All 3 items gave our dog much needed relief. We are so grateful that we found Jeff and Tractor Supply of Shawnee and so is our dog!

Went to get propane today and after telling the cashier we would need propane filled we went out and unloaded the bottles and stood in the heat for 15 minutes and no one came. When we went in to ask why the cashier said it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. Service is terrible and they don’t care if you are standing in the heat. We loaded up and left.

The store it’s self is one of my favorites places to go. The manager Ryan shouldn’t be in customer service. The cashier called for him multiple times to help and he kept questioning why did he need him and that he needs more details before he’d come help. The cashier even told him it was a price match that he can’t get to pull up and Ryan still said he needed more details. Caused the line to get backed up and the poor cashier got overwhelmed.

The staff is always pleasant and willing to help with questions. The store is usually well stocked, and the prices are reasonable compared to other farm & feed stores. The only drawback is that the feed aisles are sometimes difficult to navigate for disabled using mobility equipment.

Great store got a decent price on tires for my zero turn. Was the only place open on a Sunday that had tires that fit my mower. Good job.
