I went to get a tow uhaul trailer and the lady at the front was great, my ball was the wrong size and she assisted me with tools and even tried to help get the screws off for the new ball. Very helpful and caring!

This location has the best manager that I have ever had to deal with. Sherry is very professional and knowledgeable of all the equipment and services of U-haul . She takes customer service to the highest level and makes them feel special. Top notch service!!!

If this is the place with the Blue roof this lady is amazing she treated with me utmost respect I felt like leaving and I will be back to get a U-Haul from her not the place on Harrison they are terrible love Shawnee but go to this place it's awesome not the one on Harrison.

Sherry, the manager at the ken del location here in Shawnee Oklahoma is amazing. Always there to help in anyway possible and has the equipment I need when I need it. If what I need is unavailable she works to find the closest one available. Always kind and helpful with plenty of experience. I don’t rent from any other place. I have rented vehicles from this location because the manager is outstanding. She is very efficient and experienced. She knows her equipment and very personable (if that's a word lol). Can't day enough good about her.

We got just a small U haul pick up one day the lady who runs this location is very very nice! And since then we got our storage unit there as well! She’s definitely earned our business!
