I went back to Ulta after sometime since my last visit. My last visit was very unpleasant. But after months, today’s visit was exceptional!! I completely picked the wrong shampoo. It was a shade off of the one that I wanted. And I just got them confused. The cashier was so kind and forgiving about the situation. And I was still able to use my coupon. Thank you to the cashier for helping me with my Redken purchase!!!

I will not shop at Ulta anymore. I purchased a $160 cologne from Ulta online. The Fed-Ex driver stole the item. I immediately reached out to Ulta and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Several days in disputing with them and they have done nothing to refund or replace the item. I have had to reach out to my credit card to dispute “non delivery of goods” -I will NEVER trust Ulta again.

Supervisor was very nice and helped us find what we needed. The cashier (I don’t want to publicly put her name but feel free to reach out) was very rude over an issue with the rewards account and obviously needs more training. When we typed in our phone number she said “hey carol.” Neither of us responded as it’s not either of our names. We thought she was talking to the other cashier or someone she knew. When the transaction finished we saw the screen said carol. When we asked she repeatedly insisted she asked if we were carol. Saying “hey carol” isn’t the same thing. We thought she was talking to the other cashier or someone she knew. Then she and the other cashier tried to tell us that phone numbers were assigned to multiple people that that’s how phone numbers work. Um no, they would get each others phone calls all the time. Not rocket science. The two cashiers tonight obviously need some customer service training to help them understand how important customer service is to business. Wont be back to this location.

I was visiting from out of state and needed a fresh cut and color, and I’m so glad I found Kaylee! She is incredibly talented and truly a master of her craft. My hair has never looked or felt better. Not only did she give me exactly what I was hoping for (and more!), but she also made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm, friendly personality. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who will make you look and feel amazing, Kaylee is the one. Highly recommend!

Online orders are supposed to be made super easy and quick. However we had to wait while the manager and a co worker were playing on their phones and talking. They looked over seen we were standing there and went right back to talking and playing/watching the coworkers phone

Went into our local Ulta and I will NOT be back. Store was nice but their nail product selection was slim. My issue, however, is with checking out. The cashier repeatedly badgered me for my name, number, mailing address and email address. Told her I did not want to be bothered with emails, texts, mail, etc., but she continued to ask. As a customer, ask yourself who they are selling your info to. How annoying! Go woke, go broke!

Sydney, Bonnie, and Emily were so kind and helpful. I stopped shopping at the shawnee location due to rude workers, but these 3 ladies were very helpful. 5 stars!!!
