I used to great service here, but last Saturday was the last time. I was looking for a Lancôme foundation and needed to be color match. Because I was tired of Tarte cosmetics and needed a better foundation. No one acknowledged me for 20 minutes. What is the point of being a gold member? I work hard and spend hard. Dillards got my money that day!

The staff is always super friendly and accommodating.When I first came out, Sarah treated me with the upmost respect and answered all of my questions. She is still my go-to for makeup tips and information.Paige does amazing brow work, highly recommended. No burns and always even.Kate provided me with the best haircut I've ever gotten, listening to what I wanted and delivering exactly that.I could go on for pages praising the staff, but I simply recommend you go in and see for yourself!

I booked both formal makeup ($70) and a braid service (starting at $12). I was informed that with the low knot hairdo I wanted, I would need to pay for a formal hairdo, which is just under a $50 more difference in price. My stylist did a low hairstyle half pony, with any ends pinned in, a part that was slicked back, which is pretty much what I throw my hair into minus the styling product every day for work since I hate working with my medium-length hair in my face. It took four hair pins and one clear, small elastic to create this hairstyle, not worth the $70 I paid for it. The formal makeup session was ok, but I do feel that after reading the description about the difference between the formal and everyday makeup session, I was given the everyday version of makeup. No conturing involved. I also paid $10 more to have false lashes, which began falling off at my event during dinner, and I had not even touched my eyes. I was assured I would have to heavily soak my lashes to remove them, but the lashes would definitely stay on with minor spots of coming off over the next week. I took out my contacts and put my glasses on 6 hours after my makeup session was complete, and the lashes came off, stuck to my glasses. I also asked for a lipstick I would not need to reapply throughout the evening. The lipstick definitely didn't last long past the first time I had to blow my nose. It also felt very sticky. While the service was great and my stylist was awesome, paying $150 for a hairstyle that I could have done myself and makeup that barely lasted into my black tie event really was not worth the money I paid dor it. I don't think I'll be using the service again. The blue dress is my Ulta Salon experience; the pink shirt is me every day.

Sarah is the one who helped me find all my products today and she was awesome super helpful and sweet and very patient with me. By far my favorite Ulta shopping experience to date. I love shopping at this location they are the sweetest people ever!

My grandkids and I went in the store so granddaughter could spend her gift card. Went to the Kylie makeup section and the clerk working on that area was soooo rude. She's lucky my grandkids were with me. ?

Waiting in line to purchase my items, when it was my turn the cashier Faith ignored me, I walked up to the counter anyways. She did not greet me nor did the other employees. Ulta Beauty employees are rude towards African American Customers and I will never shop in this store again!
