We went into this store front location to set up my brother's account. The staff here was a breath of fresh air. Hayden Darr went way above and beyond to assist him. He was extremely courteous, very patient, knowledgeable and kind. There were several issues involving this account, not the least being limited funds and he was relentless in problem solving to help resolve and aid my brother. In this era of 'lack of customer service' or care we really appreciated the extra service we received. I would recommend the service of US Cellular but also this particular location as exemplary.

I was actually a T-Mobile member when I looked into the deals that US cellular was offering! My mind was blown with the best prices I could find, the fastest service possible, and very personable sales representatives! It was well worth the switch and I encourage anyone looking for the best cellular retail service possible to stop out and give them a chance you will not regret it! ?

Asked three times for just 1 ,service line but was placed at a higher line. Very untrained staff, lied to, disinterested, uncaring, and rude. They need to print out an itemized invoice for every customer. The invoice you're given is vague.

We went in a few days ago to set up service for two phones and purchase an Orbi. Kaitlin helped us and she was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs, helped us find the right phones and provided prompt, friendly service. I’ve had nightmare experiences with major carriers so I was delighted with my experience at the Shawnee US Cellular store. Thanks Kaitlin!

Slow, untrained and poor service. 2 hours to get a phone they don't even have in stock. Highly recommend going to a different store.

We went into the Shawnee store today and Summer assisted us with obtaining my son a new device. She is apparently still in training as that is what her name tag said, but she was very helpful, professional, and went over and beyond to help. She is definitely a keeper!

This place left flyers at the Housing Authority that they give $10 phones, so I took my brother there. Here's the catch. You have to pay $40 for a month or 2 and then do all the work yourself and apply online for the lifeline credit. They do absolutely nothing to aid this except give you a website. Timmy needed a phone that was loud, so I paid for him to have one. It was $71 total, and they had a phone number assigned and everything. Then their system crashed. Told me it would be hours, but I could drive back by. Would not let me pay for the phone I paid for. Nor would they give me a refund. When I spoke to the manager, who said I could spend more gas and drive to pick up the phone. When I told her I wanted a full refund, she informed me that the $40 can't be refunded, only the amount for the phone. I have to do MORE work and contact the parent company and get a paper check. Can you believe that? LOL. Not recommending US Cellular to anyone!

One of the MOST disrespectful time of my life!I have been a customer since the early 2000s I’ve NEVER had an issue with US Cellular. But I go into this store to upgrade my phone and was met by one of the RUDEST people I have ever met! Her name was Jessica, first off when I walked in she looked at me but never greeted me(not a big problem) but once she came over to help I told her I would like to upgrade my phone from what I currently had to the iPhone 13 “are you sure you can afford that?” Was her first reply. Never in my life have I EVER been judged like that nor did she even have a reason to judge me like that!! Then when asking about colors she proceeds to tell me “nope don’t have this color, nope don’t have that color” so finally I ask her politely if she could bring what she had and I’d choose one and be out of her hair. TO MY FACE SHE EYE ROLLS AND WALKS AWAY! Then returns saying “we don’t have any iPhone 13s” so I start asking about the iPhone 12s all the while still getting short answers from her. A family of four walks in to start services and asked about the iPhone 13s(which mind you, the other associate kindly walked to the back and had four iPhone 13s in almost every color) I ended up purchasing an iPhone 12(not a problem,it works great!) but NEVER in my life have I wanted to switch companies just based off of a customer service experience.I will be contacting the corporate office. IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE AVOID JESSICA IF YOU CAN. The worst part about it…SHES THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. Any suggestions on companies with nicer associates?

Lied to three times by employees on the price of internet service. Do not use them! I am filing a.complaint against U.S. Cellular with the BBB and the Shawnee Chamber of commerce.
