We were so pleased with the auto dept at the Shawnee, OK store, served by Tommy. Although we had a 5 x 8 pull behind U-Haul, Tommy felt he could still offer us an oil change, which we really needed. The service was very fast (plus filled tires, windshield fluid) and he turned down a tip. Modestly, he wished the service was a little faster since they are doing so well in the “lube rodeo.” (Who knew?!) Everyday hero to these x/c travelers!

The people that work at this, Walmart are very rude crude and you have to go to the manager to have anyone treat you with decent decency and respect whatever happened to the real thumb the customer is always right if I’m gonna spend my money somewhere, I expect to be appreciated for that. These people don’t know the meaning of respect. The new generation is totally out of line. What is wrong with people? They don’t raise their children with respect or kindness or anything. The world is going to hell in a handbasket, and Walmart is the first one in the basket, along with Hoover Drug
