“I showed up at 6:40 (assuming they closed at 7, not 6) with a bubble in my tire. The door was open as they had one more person they were finishing with. I quickly realized they were actually closed and apologized. The man asked what was going on and I told him I had a bubble in my tire. He offered to come out to look at it real quick. He told me I really shouldn’t chance driving on it (which my dad had also told me) and he offered to put my spare tire on for me so I would be safe for the evening. He kept my tire so I can come back after work today and they’ll already know what needs to be done with mine when I get there! This young man’s name was Ian. He was so sweet and thoughtful! And what great service to help me after they were actually closed and he did it all with a smile on his face!!”
