Absolutely bad attitude and service. Past management was excellent and do anything to take care of a customer.. I asked them to be a little flexible on a part for 20 year old vehicle. The manager had a take it or leave it attitude. He acted like he didn’t care if I bought the part or not..

Awesome guys running this store. Could already tell the spark plug I needed for a weedeater over the phone (NGK is the way) and had the part waiting on me when I got there! Very polite too

I called Bumper To Bumper because the prices at O'Reilly's are insane, and I found my brake parts to be significantly more affordable (it's not even close) and fast, friendly service - the gentleman I worked with even carried the rotors out for me! I definitely recommend this auto parts store!

The guys that work here are always busy, but still someone is quick to help me solve my problem. If they don't have the part you need, they can usually get it shipped to the store within 24 hours. Prices my be cheaper online these days but you can't beat the warranty and customer service this store offers.

They have good quality parts, the generic "house brand" is better than oreilys and autozone. They are a bit more expensive on some things but it's worth it
