Poor customer service. Was told we couldn’t get a new phone before we even told him our name.. also called the other day and he wasn’t really helpful. He actually yawned on the phone the other day I called up there —didn’t even say excuse me, thought that was pretty unprofessional and frankly just rude. I genuinely needed a new phone and it sucks that I couldn’t get the help I needed.

I want to tell skiatook about a woman named Katlyn at cricket n skiatook.she has helped me .n went out of here way to help mt n identity theft on my social security.i used to b with u.s.cellular.n their customer service would never do what she just did.i thank u Katlyn for your time n considerations without excuses some businesses cant do because of protocols by company.thank u

This would be my second time in that store the past 6 months and every time they took the time and they helped me when I was very very nervous to go up there to change phones or get my phone worked on.
Because I just hate changing phones! 1st time 2 ladies was up there and it was on the day the network went down well somehow mine went on blind mode! Those girls jumped into action! Thank you
Then today went up there been so nervous to get a new phone bc I don't remember password, emails good at all. This guy stood by my side and showed me everything and helped me where I didn't feel nervous to get a new phone. This time was the most easiest experience to get a new phone thank you again

I've been an in store customer for quite some time now. This past Friday I was welcomed in by the nicest woman. Her name was Brittany, I believe. She definitely has changed the energy of the place. Very uplifting and welcoming. And when she was asked questions, she was on top of it.

Don’t try to ever work here they want you to be the Employee who is seen and not heard and your not allowed to speak the way you see fit without being told to watch ur ps and qs even when you haven’t been disrespectful at all in anyway they waste your time and money when it comes to employment
