“This year has been decent. But we also had a mild winter. So many times my husband has gone to ferrell gas during operation hours only to find them closed. They literally closed last winter on the coldest day of the year. He's been told only one girl can do the books and she was home sick . And there's not a chance you can get thru on the phone. Zero.”
