They have a new manager that takes his job seriously. He's turning around the bad reputation this place has had. I forsee editing my review within a few months to leave a better review.

Keep raising rent, clean but nosey , full of MH's that are old af

This is an older park but well kept. No junk cars, no boarded up homes and no trash. During the time I have been here, it has been quiet and the residents friendly and respectful. The management is very friendly and helpful.
