Staff were prompt and friendly waiting in line and didn't take long maybe about 10-15 in waiting for service. And the pet had surgery and shots and then I was told to come back in a few hours and then I can get my pet.

Due to the negative reviews I can not in good , safe consciousness take my fur baby to this business for his neuter. I am choosing to forgo the inexpensive neuter and just pay the higher price and save the headache. I prefer as does my fur baby deserve the best. I do not want the headache of the reviews I read.

Great place with good intentions. They do get busy busy so do prepare time. Literally don't complain cuz their price is fair and help the animal.

We were on the waiting list for several months for low cost cat spay but it was def a good experience. They were very nice and sent home 3 days worth of pain meds for my kitty. Just wish it was easier to get an appointment!

This is a great place for low cost spay/neuter and vaccines and other needs in a pinch. They provide a great service to the public in this area with the terrible overpopulation crisis.

First, I would like to explain who I am that way I can catch your attention before moving onto the next one star review. My name is Justin Abel. I own Tattoos and Piercings Near Me and the Backpack Rescue homeless community action group in Oklahoma City. I won business of the year in 2019 for ethics by the Better Business Bureau. I had a very unethical occurrence here at this place. Approximately 6 months ago I scheduled. She waited, and when it came time for our appointment, I had my fiancé take our cat in for the spay. She drove an hour. She gets there, I called because her phone was not quite operating correctly, and they didn’t pick up. I called twice. I’m going to add a photo of the proof. I told her to wait. She waited until 855 and then I got a call from her. She said that they still haven’t unlocked the door. So, I texted them and called them, and there was no response. At 9 o’clock whenever they open for walk-ins, she walked in and said hey we’ve been out here, we’re supposed to have a spay. Our woman toted,” you were supposed to be here between seven and 8:00 AM. We got a text at 8:55. You can reschedule.” My fiancé said thank you for your time and walks out. I myself I’m not so easily unethically pushed aside just because they’re busy. We were there on time. We waited there over an hour. And I’m showing you proof. I’m going to sue these people. I’m going to contact every government agency. I can to notify them on how they are operating. They are wasting peoples time, and as you can see with the other negative reviews that have been left by the thousands, these people do not deserve to be in business. I am saddened that I have to leave this review. I am shocked that anything like this exist. These people are not professional. Just read some more of the negative reviews. If this one didn’t get your attention anyway.
Update: I just received another call from them. I recorded it for evidentiary purposes. This woman began saying that she didn’t appreciate my texts stating u was going to sue. She added she didn’t like being called unethical. Unfortunately truth stings a little. Then she stated she would disconnect with me and forward me to the owner if I was planning on cussing at her. Which didn’t happen on the phone call, but may have slipped a word out in text after being turned away at 9 am. After listening to her rant about us people who were too late to get in even though we tried to get in before 8 am, I extrapolated us trying to get in by calling. We were under the impression you called to check in. We tried to get in after waiting almost till 9 (thinking we misunderstood ), and the door was locked. Apparently, the had it unlocked 7-8:30. Then they locked it for 30 minutes. Apparently we happen to check the door in between to find it locked.
After reviewing all the details, my opinion stays . They never picked up the two calls at 7:55. If we were supposed to check in at that time, maybe answering the phone during check in would be wise? We did just get off of Covid lockdown. Almost everyone knows the phone preceded entry. We waited a very long time to get in. Now we have to wait again to get spayed.

Awesome place, doing great work and affordable animal healthcare for basic things like vaccines. Went here to neuter my pup and it went great!
