I normally order a thin crust supreme, reg. pizza cut. Tara tried to help me out said they were out of thin crust, she told me what she could try i agreed. It was good just not my thin crust. I am impressed with her and she is always friendly. Thank you

My boyfriend tried to put 15$ in his gas tank, planning to pay at the pump with tap to pay, and before he even got to pay for it Caseys took $40.33 (his entire cash balance). When we went in to tell the cashier what happened, she had an attitude and told us there was nothing she could do and it just does that all the time so we’ll have to wait 24 hours for it to be refunded to him. I have never walked into a Caseys with worse customer service than this one. Not to mention her making my 73 year old dad walk all the way back to the car because he was $0.56 short on his cigs. I’d rather drive to pocola just to get something from Caseys.

Casey's is probably the best gas station in my opinion. They are friendly and get you in and out of there as fast as possible!!

Ordered two pizzas, a large supreme, and a medium taco pizza. They forgot the sauce completely on the supreme and my taco was missing the bean sauce. Like???? It’s not like it was an extra topping I had ordered. Literally a key ingredient of pizza. Wth Casey’s. Also it was SO soggy like it had been microwaved instead of baked. The crust was still doughy.

Thankful for the new kitchen manager, Tera! She was knowledgeable about food allergies and how important cross contamination is. She assured us that she would switch out pizza cutters and boards to minimize exposure to our allergens.

I have been going this Casey's since the doors opened. It WAS a great store. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Always stocked with great items. Staff was always willing to help in anyway POSSIBLE. That all changed when management changed about 9 months ago. The store steadily went downhill. The store is now DISGUSTING. There are handwritten notes saying "out of order" on the fountain drinks and various other machines and when I asked a team member they will say, "yeah I know I haven't had a chance to change it". Most of the cashiers are very friendly, and always greet you, but I feel like they are overwork trying to keep the store clean and filling out of order items as well as checking out customers at the same time. One of the cappuccino machines hasn't worked in MONTHS! I could go on and on, but if you are a frequent Casey's go'er like myself you know the Spiro store has changed tremendously. They didn't even decorate for Christmas this year like the past years. Bottom line, poor management, and it shows! It's sad because I love Casey's!

I absolutely love this particular Casey's. Connie is absolutely amazing!! She takes excellent care of her customers, she is always friendly, smiling, and works fast. When she went on vacation I went into the store and honestly, it wasn't the same. I even asked another worker where Connie was and if she had quit because if she no longer worked for Casey's, I was just going to start going to EZ Mart. That's when the worker told me that she was just on vacation. CONNIE SETS THE BAR for customer service at this Casey's.

Customer service here is ridiculous. The young lady behind the counter can’t control the flow of customers and people are just cutting in line.
We are all “just paying for gas”.
Pay attention and be more assertive. Or the rude customers with no manners will be all you are left with.

There system will over charge you. Shows discounts being taken off but doesn't subtract it from total. Manager was unhelpful and acted like she didn't care at all. There was no "I am sorry let's look into this" just blank stare and acted like she didn't even walk to talk to me let alone help. Left paying the extra $20. Called Casey's corporate office and was told DM would call me almost 4 weeks later still no call. Do not recommend stopping here.

I go to this Casey's every morning nothing is ever working the few people that do work are great the rest just sit in the office on there phones half the stuff has hand written signs saying out of order because they are to lazy to refill what's out and was told I can get my own cups there in the cabinet by Tammy with purple hair but only half the stuff works the older staff is great but the others are all ways sitting in the office playing on there phones it's at the point now me and my friends will find some where else to go your managers need to pay more attention to there staff absolutely discussed at this point ??

Was given a promise time on food n when I got there at said promise time my food wasn’t even in the oven I wa told it would b bout 5 mins n after n additional 15 mins I finally got my food

Great store. I love the workers there. Pizza used to be good but now it tastes like rubber. All the other food there is great. Only real complaint is how often the icee machine is down.
