Due to my job I am at this branch of Arvest 3-4 times a week. Plus any phones calls back and forth during the week. Building relationships are a huge part of business, obviously. The Staff at arvest is the reason I don’t hate going to the bank.They are helpful, They are great at communicating with me, They are genuine, and I never feel as tho I am a bother.There is no other bank that I will do business with.

It doesn’t matter if we pull up to the drive thru or walk into the Stillwater Arvest branch, we receive the best service! The staff call us by name and handle our business and personal banking needs in the friendliest most efficient manner! We have even started utilizing their payroll services for both of our businesses. Tremendous service, easy to use, and exemplary customer support! I can’t speak too highly of the staff, support, and branch manager at Arvest Bank in Stillwater!!

I went into the Arvest needing a printed copy of my monthly statement. I had no trouble getting a copy of it. Turns out I needed the last sixth months. They printed them out and had ready for me to pick up. The friendliness and efficiency was appreciated in helping me get what I needed.

The ladies working at the front were less than helpful & rude.They Told me that there were no deposits when there in fact was a deposit I found out after I called and talked to someone who knows how to do their job. 0/10 I do not recommend arvest as a whole.

Awesome service! Our family recently completed (our 2nd) loan application and Jacqui G. at the stillwater branch made the process smooth and easy! Thank you for all your help! They support Veterans and have great customer service every single time I go in!

I think that Arvest Stillwater has the most rude employees that I have encountered in a bank. I am not speaking of only once, but more times, I have wished I did not have my business with them and that will be my goal. I have enjoyed Arvest for many years in different locations, but this is not one of the. I said to one employee that I needed to take my money (business) to another bank and she agreed, at least we were are on the same page for that To happen

Absolutely worst bank ever. Liars. We have a total of 3 different banks. This one lied flat out to me. Opened a CD and did ask if there was a fee if I would cash it out before the maturity date. They said NO, however I would loose the interest accrued. Which is understandable. I even asked twice if there was a penalty for early withdrawal. Now I just had to cash out one of our CD's due to a big expense on our end. Went to the bank and cashed one of our CD's. And guess what. They charge me $15 fee. Greed greed greed. Bank elsewhere. Never ever had we ANY problems with The Bank NA and/or Simmons Bank over the last 20 years. Would not recommend.

I have been banking with Arvest for most of the 16 years I've lived in Oklahoma. Have had a few frustrations but the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I had my online banking hacked, all of my money taken. The manager, Michael was nice, sat me down in his office to navigate the situation with me. He was straightforward and told me the situation to the best of his knowledge. I returned on the day he said to dispute the charges, and after five days without any access to my money, was told that I should have it the following morning by the assistant manager. I returned the following morning to inquire about why this had not happened, and was told that it would take up to ten business days. This is factually not what I was told by the supervisor. I made plans, worked around the situation to the best of my ability and was confident that my money would be returned because that is what I was told. I did everything they said to do, and they failed to do what they promised. The investigation is finished, the bank has control of my money, the fraud account has been flagged. I simply do not understand why they are holding on to my money. Would not recommend this bank if you want to feel like a valued person.

I took an Arvest check from one of their members to confirm sufficient funds. They advised me they would not verify if the check would clear per policy. Adam Brown need to work on changing this policy. They also advised they have a $5 fee to cash their own check to non-members. Glad to say I’m a non-member. Would not recommend.

Teagan took the best care of me even though I came in half an hour till close on a Friday. Got a money order and ordered some checks and she helped me save on some fees that I technically didn't have to pay but she could have charged me anyways since I didn't pay much attention to them. Customer service star right there. Thank you girl!
