We needed to add a line and upgrade two phones. The two employees that we dealt with were completely incompetent and rude. We ended up leaving and going to the other AT&T store where all of our needs were met and we were treated like family.
Do not waste your time going to this store. Use the other one.

This store has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The workers were completely incompetent and said that they couldn’t port over a phone number (went to the other store in town and it was done in 2 minutes). Do not use this store for anything AT&T

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with AT&T has been extremely disappointing.I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with multiple tech support departments trying to prepare for the arrival of my employee to exchange devices. I called this retail store location to ensure my employee would have a smooth transaction and I was misinformed. My employee drove 30 mins to make this exchange.

This store has helped me with my phone every time I've had a problem and I didn't buy my phone there. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, they know their business. It looks like they have plenty of items for an AT&T phone. If they don't have it they can probably tell you where you can get it.
