WILL IS AWESOME!!!!!! My mom’s phone was either lost or stolen…..she is in a nursing home. He helped me with EVERYTHING!!!! He made me feel like everything is going to be okay!!!! THIS GUY DESERVES SOME PRAISE FROM MANAGEMENT!!! THANK YOU, WILL!!!!!!

Went in yesterday with our family. We needed to make some fairly complicated changes to our plan.
Morgan knew exactly what to do and went above and beyond to help us. Best experience I've ever had in an AT&T store.
We had never met Morgan before, but she treated us like friends and took care of everything we needed.
Highly Recommend !!!!!

Family went in to trade in phones. Morgan was great. Fast and knowledgeable. We did not have to wait long at all. Had to order our phones. Picked them up the next day! Staff helped us set up and transfer our data. Best experience at a phone store in Stillwater.

Great experience and EXCELLENT customer service from Morgan. My daughter and I went in to upgrade our phones and change our service plans. Morgan was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us decide what phones and plans to choose. She made the whole experience quick and easy. Morgan was the only one working and had 3 other customers come in the store that morning while we were there. She was friendly, attentive, and helped everyone in the store to get what they needed. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I shout out goes to Morgan at ATT Store on 6th street in Stillwater, Ok Morgan’s customer service was superb. Morgan was serving several clients and she made us all feel that we had her attention. We were all limited with knowledge on how to change iPhones and she was patient, kind, and answered all our questions. She deserves 5 stars.

The store is why I still have Att services, the ladies here try to help when a problem arrives with warranty work from cell phone carriers. They do try to help with all issues and they do care about their customers. Thanks

This store -- the one on west 6th street -- is by far the best AT&T location in Stillwater.
These guys get the job done. No matter how many questions I ask them, they either have the answer or are willing to go find it for me.
They just fixed a data problem on my account that even the AT&T support website could not solve. Nicely done.

Our family has had cell phone service with AT&T for around 25 years. I went to this AT&T store to inquire about an upgrade for my phone. Before we even got to the point of discussing what kind of phone I might want, the young man helping me asked for my driver's license so he could scan it. I politely objected. He said scanning is required on post paid items or words to that affect. We hadn't discussed payment. I told him there was too much scanning of driver's licenses going on these days, and it didn't seem right. I told him I would hold of on the phone and that I knew he was just doing what is required. As I got to the door for no apparent reason he said, you should stop by Chick-fil-A for some chicken. Make of that what you will, but I believe it was ridiculing my age and opposition to having my driver's license scanned. It told him I actually like Rasing Caine's chicken better, but both are good. I wonder what AT&T does when new customers don't have a driver's license or any proper ID.

Avoid AT&T at all cost. Caught them committing fraud on three people. Saying people had to get new phones after they put blank Sim cards in their phones. Found out AT&T was sending most of my calls through wifi at my house so I was hardly ever uses their coverage. Total waste of money.
