Carson deserves a five-star. He helped us have our battery tested, and then he got the correct battery and replaced it for us. Everything was smooth and quick!

Sold me a new battery that I didn’t need. Tested my alternator and lied telling me that it was a working alternator that I needed a replacement battery? When the old alternator drained the new battery then said oh I am sorry sir but your Alternator is bad and it is draining the battery Bunch off

Was helped by Bailee and Chase, and they were above and beyond nice. As I was driving, my check engine light came on my new car. Bailee came out and hooked up the machine and ran it. She then had me go back in and printed out my results. Then before I left I walked back in and met Chase and asked if he could clear the check engine light for me and he was nice and did it even though my car gave his machine an odd response on the first try but he got it solved ao I would give a ton more stars to them if I could thank you so so much.

Not sure what caused such an attitude but I came for transmission fluid and a hose coupler about an hour before close, and I'm no mechanic so I had questions. Went back in a couple times to ask about what I'd bought and the people you have closing your store LOCKED THE DOOR well before 9 so that they didn't have to acknowledge me, it's a customer service job I'll be taking all my business to Oreillys and pointing everyone else there too until they do something about the bitter useless antisocial folks behind the counter.
