Been having multiple issues with deposits being held 1-3 days and processed after a check that makes account negative. Resulting in $5 fee. I had overdraft protection. I was told it was fixed the last time this occurred. Now I am told I did have it this whole time, it was only turned off for my debit card. Today I was told they don't know why the overdraft protection didn't work. But they would be happy to process my check with an additional fee of $25. Meaning I'm out $30 for a service I already have. There is something wrong with this business practice. This is in essence the epitome of a scam. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was taking a neighbor here but the building is nice, and my neighbor was in and out in about five-ish minutes. They called her to confirm what she was needing before she went in and I felt like that was a great customer service act.

BancFirst is literally the greatest local bank ever. Every problem I have ever had has been fixed immediately, and whenever you call them on the phone they answer right away. It’s the type of local that can still give you attention, but big enough that it has a very reliable system.
