I have been there twice for notarization and they were very helpful and didn't charge anything. I believe their customer service is good with their customers.

Every single time I need to do something withy account, it's a giant hassle. I try to sign up for Android pay, gotta jump through ridiculous hoops to do so. I deposit CASH on a Friday, doesn't show up till Tuesday. Canceling my account and not looking back

Staff is quick and very helpful. They can also fix any online banking issues on site or over the phone. The drive through in back is also a huge plus if you are in a hurry.
