Brought grandkids to store and let them loose, they each got an outfit, toy, hat and gloves, and a sweet treat. They had so much fun and got what they wanted and didn't cost me arm or leg. Thank you Big Lots for a very Merry Christmas

This is definitely the place to go for some cheap price and a large variety of things to choose from they have awesome holiday decorations wide variety of food and candy options great place to get good water for cheaper price then Walmart or dollar tree price for the mountain glacier brand and they even carry different kinds of furniture with some cool stands

KAM & STEVE R AWESOME!! Those guys got my big oooo gazebo in my little ford escape!! Appreciate that so much!!! Those guys rock!! This is the second time I’ve seen KAM and he’s so friendly!!! It maybe CAM but K was more my style! But either way those guys rock!! Great experience

The store is fine but they need to have more than one person at checkout at least if there’s a long line or people have big purchases. Waiting in line for 15 min is annoying for everyone involved.

Big lots needs to put more than one cashier on duty when they have a huge line. Why do they subject the poor lone cashier to such stress. They've ALWAYS done this, even when they were Pic n Save!! What's up with that, management!!? One cashier on a Saturday afternoon is just plain crazy!!

Saw a customer walking out with a purchase she just made. I asked her about it and she told me she had just bought the product for $12.99. I immediately went in to get the same product. Found the product in the clearance section with a price sticker of $49.99 but a display price of $12.99. When I went to check out, they would not honor the display price. When I reminded them that they just honored the display price for the lady right before me they still declined. If it was a mistake with a display price I wouldn't have been as upset if they hadn't already given someone else that same display price.

Big Lots always surprises me with the variety of items they stock. I visit 1-2 times monthly and never leave empty handed. I value the healthy food selections I find in the food isles, the clothing they offer is much better quality than in previous years, the houseware items are unique and affordable, and the furniture is affordable and practical. I love using my Big Lots card too!
