  Real customer service!
  We interacted with three kind and professional people today.
  We had 24 pages of estate paperwork, which was incredibly confusing.
  Nidia researched it, another kind lady notarized it, Nidia scanned & sent it off, explaining everything and even helped us with an online account.

  What's up with the ATMs? It's incredibly frustrating to not have access to my account when you're closed
