So inconvenient. This is the only place that provides internet where I live. They were friendly enough on the phone but emailed me paperwork in order to start service. Can’t fill out the paperwork online and have to print it out. What a hassle. I’ll just continue using my phone hotspot before I go through all that trouble.

I had a problem that impacted my service of many years. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. They are still the best in town as far as I am concerned. A big thanks to Lauren and the tech who took care of it.

NOT a reliable telecommunications company. 7/1/21 Our service was down for six days, and when we called, they didn't seem to care. We had just made a payment, but decided to canceled their service. "Rita" said the refund could take up to 2 months. Today is 9/15/21 and still no refund has been received, so we called again. This time a person named "Riley" said it could take up to 90 days for a refund!

Excellent service. Very fast response on a recent outage (only one this year despite the ice storm). They do pick up the phone and they do call you back to check in!

We have used Chickasaw for a few years. Absolutely loved it .Customer service is great and the service we had was amazing. Never had any issues. We moved 3.9 miles into town and couldn't get internet to the new house. We are super bummed out and disappointed. Now we are going to have to use a competitor that isn't the greatest. Really wish Chickasaw could figure this out .
