I got towed twice from them and they told me over the phone both times that it was a certain price in exact cash and then I get there and it’s like $30 more than they said. It was ridiculous. I don’t know why they don’t tell you the exact price. Strange way of doing business

Was able to get a tow truck in 15 minutes after calling when located on campus with a complete flat. They were nice and friendly. Was able to drop my car off at Walmart auto to get fixed the next day as they were already closed. Highly recommended.

If I could leave zero stars for this company I would. They're completely irresponsible and release property to anyone apparently. They don't correct the issue but simply denied responsibility for the issue. Definitely reporting them to the BBB and filing charges against them. Absolutely Disgusting place definitely NOT a good recommendation 🚫

I had to call for a tow after my serpentine belt split this morning. The woman I spoke to was super nice and had a driver out within 10 minutes. He was very nice and took good care of my car as he loaded it up onto the wrecker. Because of an issue with me knee, I couldn’t climb up into the cab, so he called his mom (who was the woman I had called and spoken to) and she came to pick me up, let me get my car situated at the shop, and then drove me home. They turned a kinda bad day into a better one just by being kind and compassionate. I definitely will be using them again in the future if I have any more issues with my car.

Seriously take advantage of grandmas because there greedy 😤 I will never call them. It's also not open 24 hours they should post actual closing time. 🙄💔 Pathetic how people are now days.

I am so thankful that I reached out to Cowboy Towing for help. The team was professional, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. I was also impressed that they keep in constant communication for updates and to reassure me during difficult times.

cowboy towing is amazing!!!! They helped me when I got my car high centered on a curb, just moving here and getting established and was down on my luck!!! I am so grateful that there are people who w have a genuine desire to help folks out!!!. Super friendly extremely helpful and the best review I can give wouldn’t even compare to how amazing they are.

Roads are iced up, so I'm slow. Pulled into a store and I still managed to hop over a curb and 1 wheel off the cliff. They stopped and helped me out, didn't even ask for payment. This is how a friendly business should be . Goodness this crew.
