Great phone service but in store employees suck can't turn line off can't buy a sim what's the point of the stores when the employees don't know how to do a damn thing

Tells us we can't remove a line in store to do it online, we do and now I can't use my sim card without adding another line again. Already have phone no need to buy another one. Nothing but circles and the nameless employee is useless

Destiny really made sure I had what I wanted, she even made my 20 month old super happy by giving him a few toys she had in the back. She was so kind, attending and helpful. She didn't get frustrated even tho I was overwhelmed and was trying to attend to my kid as well as talk to her lmao she was sooo sweet and reassuring 🥹🥰🥰 definitely a 5 stars, Cricket is good service too btw lol

I have been here since 9:40 since they are supposed to open up at 10, it's now 11 and nobody is answering the phone or opening the door! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Today I went to the Cricket Store here in Stillwater, Ok. My husband port on his phone stop charging. Manager JD and Logan were excellent. They were helpful and knowledgeable regarding the ph that would best suite his needs. JD even went as far as to tell us that it was not about making commission but making sure our needs are being met (ie.storage and speed. Great service and place to get a phone.
