Came in a few days ago to final start service, and had great interactions. Bryan and JD really made the process easy. Unfortunately the store is unbelievably cold, and has been the last few times I’ve been in to ask questions. Management needs to do something, I couldn’t imagine being in there all day with no heat!

I went in and the service I received was great. I was attended to quickly and everything went smoothly. The reason I am giving low stars although is because of how cold the store was. It was very uncomfortable for me.

Closed before they were suppose to be closed. Could see the person running around inside trying to hide. Just was coming in to spend money but won't be today smh. Good way to lose business.

We went in to upgrade our son's phone, and the rep told us that it was mandatory for him to add insurance. I used to work in retail management for a corporate-owned wireless company, and I know feature slamming when I see it. After we left, I called Cricket corporate, and my suspicions were confirmed. Really disappointed in the service we received.

Went in to upgrade our son's phone and was told by the rep that it was mandatory for him to add insurance. I suspected he was merely trying to get additional commissions, so I called the Cricket corporate number after we left, and my suspicions were confirmed. The insurance was NOT mandatory. What makes it worse is that the other employee in the store corroborated our reps story, so both of them were lying.

Sat in parking lot for more than an hour waiting on associate to return to open the store after a notice on door stating " Went to bank. Be back soon." Definitely recommend using ANY other location than this Stillwater, OK store.

The staff here are very friendly. They are patient with my older family members who aren't as tech savvy as the young people. They understand the concept of good customer service. Highly recommend.
