Jeff was great to work with for custom printing. We wanted order shirts for a softball tournament and we had a tight deadline (~1.5 weeks). We wanted to do the same design as last year and Dupree’s had no problem finding the right files. They set up an online ordering site where our team could order and pay on their own time. On the day after the order deadline, a few people had forgotten to place their orders. Jeff was flexible and opened up the order site for a few more hours. Our shirts were ready and organized three days BEFORE we needed them. Keep in mind that this was only possible because we had a design from last year that was ready to go. But this was an incredible service experience. Thank you Dupree’s!

Dupree’s has worked with OSU Pre-Vet Club multiple times for custom screen printing and our embroidered polo shirts. Each experience has been amazing and we have received high quality shirts each time!

I have never dealt with such a manner of unprofessionalism from a business. At the request of my 12 year old grandchild she asked me to purchase some merchandise for the track team she was on. I was sent a link and screenshots of what she wanted ordered. Upon ordering the merchandise I was prompted to put in a "Shipping Address" I was unaware that the merchandise would be picked up by the coach or sent directly to the school. I have been trying to find out the status of the order for over a month. I sent 2 emails to the store directly. The first response was that the coach pick up the merchandise on spring break and would be giving them out. I followed up with my granddaughter after a week and she relayed that she did not get anything. I sent the 2nd email and then was told the I ordered on the 2nd round and the merchandise was shipped out (?) again how was I supposed to know where it was shipped (?). I followed up and asked when and where it was shipped. NO RESPONSE. Today I contacted the store directly and was met with a man that was hostile and rude stating he was the manager stating I should know the in's and out of how the ordering works. He is insinuating that I should not question the company or coach as to where the merchandise that was paid for over a month ago is and I should not question them.

I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism from a business in many many years. I contacted the business today and asked to speak to a manager and whomever I spoke with needs to get training with how to communicate with people. I ordered some merchandise by the request of my granddaughter for the track team she was on. I was given a link and she sent me screenshots of what she wanted, upon placing the order I was prompted to put in a shipping address, so explain how I would know that the shipping would go to the school or directly to the coach. I sent multiple emails to this business based on the email confirmation of my order and the receipt for additional questions. So you call the business and get berated by whomever answers the phone. They are the worst in customer service.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The stuff is expensive. Be prepared to spend $60 to $250 on a glove, $30 on a sports bra, $8 on socks, and maybe $30 ++ on pants. Their stuff is good quality. That's why it's expensive. It's a bit intimidating to walk into if you are clueless about what you really need. And I am not really knowledgeable about sports equipment. At least I know about fabrics and stitching and those kinds of things.

I worked with the owner Chad and had a decent experience, but I was confused many times during the process. I was told I could do a design, then he told me the designer said we couldn't because of copyright reasons. They did end up letting me do the design though!

Very helpful and friendly staff, knowledgeable enough to help us find the right kind of shoes for us. During COVID-19 situation, all the staff is wearing masks and sanitizing their hands, which is very good. And they do regularly sanitize their store.

Just received our new uniforms, everything looks awesome, Derrick was so great to work with!! We received all the correct sizes, they turn around time was extremely fast!! I highly recommend anyone needing uniforms to let them outfit your team!!
