Super easy to rent here! I rented online and called to verify my account, Shelby was super helpful over the phone and gave me all the information I needed. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I would recommend ArborStone!!

I rented a unit but could never get into the facility because the gate was always broken. Had to rent another unit somewhere else and pay an extra day on the uhaul. When I contacted them on Facebook, they told me they would put a ticket in for it and then I never heard back from them.

Prices are ok not to comfortable about location its behind some empty buildings and can't be seen from road. Also doesn't ever have any management on site.

They raised the rent from $30 to $50 after I paid 6 months in advance. I do not see any improvements in the area where I store my stuff. If I pay in advance, I expect that rate that you accept.

Yeah so I had a storage unit there one of the smaller ones paying moderately good price $25 a month but however I was in there for less than 2 months and was robbed they wouldn't compensate me for anything that was a lost and basically told me too bad I will never do business with him again
