Do not expect any welcoming smiles or even gestures and most importantly no talking. They will not reply to any of your questions. Do not even say thank you coz they do not understand what that is lol. You will not get any response back nor you will get any smile. Nope.. Go drop your package, take receipts, and get your work done lol.

After having to take a day off from work to accommodate delivery date I was shocked when FedEx didn’t show up. The address is easy to find and on the Main Street. I waited from 10:50-2:50 (the original proposed delivery time) tracking prompted it would be 4:30pm. At 4:30pm it prompted it would be the end of the day. At 5:58pm it prompted that a deliver was attempted yet failed.I was by the door all day long. There was a sign on the door that said to knock hard in case of a bathroom break. Nobody ever showed up and I immediately phoned the customer service when the 5:58pm prompted a failed delivery. I explained I had taken time off work and had waited in the cold rain.When I finally spoke to the manager. Joe Sanders told me he would hold the package if we came to get it. Stillwater is an hour away. They were closing in 45 minutes. Finally told they’d stay open later and my colleague is now on her way there. She should not have had to drive two hours there and back. They should have delivered by the stated time but instead we missed our bank deposit putting us in a bind. I want compensation for fuel. This is unacceptable. I hope Joe Sanders deals with Callum or Callun. This is wrong. He probably forgot because he tried to deliver yesterday which was a day before the scheduled date of delivery listed on the FedEx tracking site. It said today. Today was a day I took off work and waited in vain. I think he forgot about it today so just scanned pretending it was attempted and destroying our issues of the needed bank deposit today. This is not okay. The infrastructure of our country has gone to pot. I’m so disappointed in the lack of integrity these days. God help us. The short haired lady argued that it was supposed to be yesterday. She was wrong. That attack on my colleague after driving all that way was wrong. It was scheduled for today. Clearly stated on the actual package. It was clearly stated on the tracking site for FedEx yet the lady at FedEx wanted to dismiss the facts.I appreciate Joe but he’s got his work cut out for him.I won’t be using FedEx unless absolutely necessary for fear of people lying, passing the fault onto a customer and forgetting their responsibility to the share holders of FedEx.

FedEx has yet to deliver my package I drive for work and I have been to and from the location in witch my package is and FedEx keeps delaying delivery I prefer ups from now on FedEx is terrible

Ordered a computer from a pre built computer place and upon shipment I paid for two day delivery. The attempted delivery date was 4 days later I say attempted because thats what they told me in the email. I had someone wait at the house ALL DAY because i cant just take off work to sit at my house and wait all day and guess what..? They attempted to deliver it the day after at a random time (3:12pm) They never showed, upon calling them the delivery manager there told me that they had tried 3 different times to deliver the package which was just a bold faced lie. I have only received one attempted delivery sticker and it was on the last attempt before they sent it BACK TO THE COMPUTER PLACE. Had they actually attempted to deliver it I would have signed the slip saying that they werent liable for loss and could just leave the package because that would be better than what I am currently going through. They are liars and if you want to even speak to a person you have to jump through hoops. They are absolutely terrible and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. So while I completely restart my shipping process I guess I'll do my homework from the library.

Rude and liers. I have a missing package with PROOF of the address it was sent to and they said the address isn’t what was on the package so they won’t tell me anything about it. Package stealing??
