Went in 2 hours before closing to get a valve stem that was leaking replaced. Several empty bays and all the guy could say is come back tomorrow. Will never go back.

I went in with my car leaking oil. Turns out driving these rough Oklahoma roads gave my oil filter a small hole. They replaced the filter and did a brand new oil change.They did it for only the labor cost because I had originally got one through them two months ago. It was a nice surprise!

Terrible service on multiple occasions.
Firstly, they failed to mention the severity of a failing wheel hub on a car that does about 1000 miles a week commuting. Simply told me "wheel hub should be replaced at some point". Nearly lost an entire wheel on the side of the highway. I don't know why I thought I'd give them a second chance...
Secondly, I booked two tire appointments, same day, different cars. Both appointment confirmed via email, and then confirmed via phone call. These appointments were scheduled 3 days in advance. I show up for the first appointment, only 3 tires in stock. While I was there I figured I'd ask about my other vehicle...3 tires in stock.
I've lived all over the US so I've used many firestone locations. I like the company, but I will not return to this location. They just pass the blame onto another employee that conveniently isn't there to talk too, or "no longer works there".
No thanks, plenty of other options for maintenance and tires in this town.

Colby was awesome. He had what I wanted for my son's car. He was able to get the tires on the same day I called. It is comforting to know my son's car will be taken good care of while he is at OSC.

Unbelievable, unprofessional, can't even get someone to even look at me in the face , when your asking for a tire quote, I asked about something simple about how much labor was on doing some ball joints and alignment and I was told that I would have to pay for an inspection,, I was asking about how much it would cost to do a outside tie rod end,,, it was if I asked for them to give me their wallet or I had inconvenienced them, I was told hold on and then everyone disappears and I stood there for an exact 18 minutes until the phone started ringing off the hook and eventually a technician answered the phone and put it on hold, the same person walked up and asked me what can they do for me? I was beside myself and said no I was just wondering where the playground was and walked out...
