My can of Dr Pepper that I purchased was flat and I took it back in and asked if I could get a new one . The manager was very rude and told me yes I could , but I would need to purchase a new one. He did not seem concerned that his inventory of that batch of cans might be flat as well. I left without giving him any more of my money for sure. Very bad business service. Do not recommend..

I have never had a bad experience here as others have had. The lady behind the counter is always nice and even has begun remembering me every time I visit! Normally there’s only one worker staffed at a time, so you can’t rationally give them flack when I’m sure they’re trying their best. Only took a star off for having expensive gas, everything else is on par or great for a little gas station in Stillwater Oklahoma.

I have had a horrible experience almost every time I’ve shown up. The person working the counter could honestly be bothered less to help. There has only been one person who has genuinely made me try coming back.

I have never had good customer service here and i sadly have to come to this gas station often. Cashiers check you out while talking on speaker phone to boyfriends and friends while not even asking if u needed anything else. I repeated myself several times about the gas and she still never rang it up. I have nothing good to say except that i went in this morning and management was in there and i was still ignored

ladies that,works there very rude, I shop here everyday and she only asked for my ID once so I go tonight she does not ID the guy in front of me but then id's me really okay she was rude about it and I will no longer shop there
