Love the store. Unfortunately last time we went one of the managers was yelling at her employees and throwing clothes around. Not only is this super unprofessional and rude, it made a lot of us uncomfortable! Do better!

Nice large store has weekly, sales of 50% off on certain colored tags which change weekly. There are no dressing rooms but I had no problem bring back an item for exchange. Will definitely go back to shop.

Cleaner and better prices than super thrift. 9/26/24 the environment was great, it was clean, organized, prices were reasonable, staff were great and super friendly, greeting and sanitizing everything. Today I met the shift lead Bill and he really made me feel welcomed his customer service was 10/10. He’s the best lead goodwill could ask for. I’m 100% sure anyone Bill comes across, he leaves a good mark on their day.

Tonight I went into goodwill and bought some clothes, I had an issue I with my transaction and the girl at the register had to call for a manager.
Mr. Bill came walking up front to help us out - in the past with other managers especially the females they have been extremely rude and just never seemed to understand the meaning of customer service
But Bill, Bill is the best thing that could have happened to this location! He is the most kind soul who isn’t out to make your good will shopping experience unpleasant unlike some of the upper female employees.
I bet you one day Bill will be running that good will!!!
10/10 he deserves a raise

Good place to find a good assortment of what everyone else doesn't want. I got both my kids and my own tv from there and my work belt. It's a nice belt.

I shopped the clothes first, the store was clean except where the men were working. The guy that waited on me was kind and friendly. The way store employees act and talk to me is very important to me. The upper management had taken lunch, she told the man she would be back at 12:30 and she was. Fantastic store. Thank you
