Very good staff, very well behaved and polite.
Went there today and got a great hair cut, wanted to tip $2 but by mistake I pressed 2 on the machine and it took $0.02. I felt really embarrassed and sorry for the lady. This was a mistake from my side and I apologize. She was great at her job. I am gonna come here again.

Made an appointment online. Showed up and told them my name and was checked in. I proceeded to sit there for thirty minutes to wait my turn. While on my phone, I got an alert saying I needed to check in. I look up and I'm no longer checked in. Staff proceeds to seat three customers after me, including the staff member that checked me in. Avoid this location, staff members can't be bothered to pay attention. Go to the other location in Stillwater, night and day difference.

$20 is way too much for a men's haircut! It may look better than cutting it myself, but a pair of clippers costs what I'd pay for two haircuts at great clips -- no tip required.

The ladies were great. The experience was lacking. I'm assuming a few of the girls were new. We had two kiddos getting cuts. The little girl wanted a Bob, which didn't work out. The little boy basically got a short trim all over.
Requested style: Bob cut where it's a bit high in back and longer in front. Looked like she cut an arch and that was it.
Hair type: Straight all same length.

Lisa is a wonderful and friendly stylist who can talk to you all day or not say anything if you prefer silence! She was very patient with my indecisiveness and talked me through all the hair terminology I wasn't familiar with! I will always use this salon!

So me and my son have gone to great clips for years!!!!! Have never had an issue. I’ve gotten my hair cut 2 times this year both by the same girl. The last time it was a shorter hair cut and this time was supposed to still touch my shoulders. The last time she cut my hair she completely butchered my hair. One side was way longer than the other. This time one side is still longer than the other and she cut it way shorter. She also had an attitude both times. I didn’t complain in person or say anything just because I didn’t want to cause issues. We live great clips and seriously haven’t had an issue until she cut my hair. I also had never seen her before.

I came here a few months back to get my hair cut it wasn’t cut the way I asked the lady to cut it and it was uneven bad enough I had to let it grow and go someplace to get it fixed. So today I took my son there thinking I would give them another try well My son went in there for a trim and came out with a choppy uneven and cut way more off than a trim. Didn’t think they could mess up a boy hair cut but they did! Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I won't be back. The lady who cut was nice but however my cut is UGLY as hellMy bangs are above my eyebrows and I didn't want thatI just don't recommend this place at all
